The EDC HL2AAA is a water and impact-resistant headlamp built around a CREE XP-G3 LED with four brightness modes spanning from 10 lumens on flood-minimum up to 183 lumens on spot-maximum, delivering runtimes between roughly 2.5 hours and 20 hours depending on the setting. The spot-max mode reaches a beam distance of 56 meters. A rear lock-out switch prevents accidental activation, and the adjustable black head strap accommodates different head sizes.
