The EDC HL2AAA is a water and impact-resistant headlamp built around a CREE XP-G3 LED and polymer construction. It offers four brightness modes: Spot-Max at 183 lumens (8-hour runtime), Spot-Min at 51 lumens (2 hours 29 minutes), Flood-Max at 38 lumens (19 hours 39 minutes), and Flood-Min at 10 lumens (4 hours 59 minutes). The beam reaches 56 meters, and a rear lock-out switch prevents accidental activation. The adjustable tan head strap distributes weight evenly for hands-free wear. Two AAA batteries are included with the light.
