Atlas Knife Co — Refund and Returns Policy

Standard Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at returns@atlasknifeco.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return Shipping The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs on non-defective returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Atlas Knife Co is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.

Defective Items If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Photos of the defect may be required.

Refund Processing Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items Items that have been used, sharpened, or removed from original packaging are not eligible for return.
