Automatic Knife Shipping Compliance
Atlas Knife Co sells automatic knives (also called switchblades or auto-open knives) where permitted by law. All automatic knife orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx only — we do not ship automatic knives via USPS, as prohibited by the Federal Switchblade Act of 1958.
We do not ship automatic knives to PO Boxes. A physical street address is required for all automatic knife orders.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to understand and comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding the purchase, possession, and use of automatic knives. We reserve the right to cancel any order that violates applicable laws or shipping restrictions.
