Brunton TruArc 7 Sighting Compass with Inclinometer

The Brunton TruArc 7 is a full-featured sighting compass designed for accurate navigation and terrain assessment in the field. It measures 4 7/8″ x 2 7/8″ closed and features a clear acrylic base with a sighting mirror for precise headings. The TruArc Global Needle and Ever-north magnet provide worldwide compatibility, while tool-free declination adjustment eliminates the need for adjustments when traveling between regions. A dual inclinometer serves multiple purposes—measuring apparent tree heights, assessing avalanche danger, and functioning as a sighting aid for even more accurate bearings. The compass includes both inch and metric scales with 2 degree resolution, integrated map lines for direct-to-map plotting, and a lanyard slot. It ships with a neon green and black adjustable lanyard.
