Cammenga Phosphorescent Lensatic Compass with Lanyard and Pouch

Cammenga’s phosphorescent lensatic compass delivers reliable navigation in low-light conditions without requiring batteries or radioactive materials. The 3 1/4″ x 2 1/4″ x 1 1/4″ olive drab aluminum frame is shockproof and waterproof to considerable depths, with a sandproof design for durability in harsh environments. A copper induction-damping ring steadies the needle quickly for accurate readings within +/- 40 mils across an extreme temperature range of -50F to 150F. The non-liquid filled needle housing remains unaffected by temperature fluctuations. This model follows the same design as military-issue compasses but substitutes phosphorescent paint for tritium luminosity, making it suitable for extended field use. Includes an olive drab nylon storage pouch, cord lanyard, and belt clip for attachment to gear.
