The outer top is constructed from 210T Ripstop nylon with a Teflon finish, while the bottom features 210D nylon oxford with a PU2000mm waterproof coating to shed moisture. The interior is lined with 210T Ripstop nylon filled with 100 grams per square meter of DuPont Thermolite micro insulation—the thermal layer incorporates an ultra-thin barrier of anti-bacterial pure silver micro fiber that enhances heat retention. A reinforced foot baffle made from 210D nylon oxford with the same waterproof finish protects the insulation from boot wear and tear. The bag features a central double-puller heavy-duty No. 8 spiral zip with a storm flap and anti-snag design, plus a draw cord and barrel lock in the hood. Internal and external hanging tabs allow secure stowage, and an internal PDA pocket provides quick access to small gear. Bonded seams throughout prevent drafts.
