The Spoon Carving Jack 2.0 is a multi-blade carving knife with four specialized cutting edges designed for detail work in wood. The 4.25″ closed length houses a high carbon stainless blade alongside a pellet blade, variable radius hook knife, hook knife, and gouge scorp, each suited to different carving strokes and surface textures. Burgundy aluminum handles are secured with two back locks to keep blades safely stowed between cuts.
