Maxpedition Legacy Series JANUS Extension Pocket Black

The JANUS Extension Pocket from Maxpedition’s Legacy Series is a two-faced modular pocket designed to work either as an extension strap or standalone pouch. One side features loop fields for ID patches, while the other incorporates PALS webbing to accept modular accessories. The extension strap splices into 2 shoulder straps or waist straps using compatible quick release buckle components, making it useful for adding storage or elongating a fully extended strap to accommodate larger frame sizes. The strap can be completely removed and used independently, and the pouch itself attaches to PALS webbing via a pair of long Malice Clips, which can be oriented for either left or right-side opening.

Construction includes high-tensile nylon webbing, #10 high-strength zippers, UTX-Duraflex nylon buckles for low-sound closures, and #AS-100 high-grade closed-cell foam padding for shock protection. The webbing is sewn with bonded nylon thread for added durability beyond standard industry nylon.
