Silva Explorer Pro Compass with Romer Scale and Clinometer

The Silva Explorer Pro is a navigation compass with a 2.4″ x 5″ footprint designed for map reading and fieldwork. It features a 360-degree rotating housing with romer scales calibrated for 1:24k, 1:25k, 1:40k, and 1:50k maps, plus inch and mm measurement scales along the baseplate. A built-in magnifier aids reading map detail, while the turnable housing and marked north/south orienting lines streamline declination adjustment and map alignment. The compass is waterproof and includes a built-in clinometer for measuring slope angles. A magnetically charged needle provides visibility for up to 4 hours in low light, and the DryFlex rubber grip provides secure handling in wet conditions. The lanyard enables secure attachment to gear or pockets.
