The Mako is a karambit-style folder from Bastinelli Creations built around a 5-inch Bohler N690 stainless blade with a black stonewash finish and partial serration along the curve. The blade is ground in a pronounced arc designed for the karambit’s characteristic pulling and hooking cuts. A full tang construction extends through the handle for structural integrity, and a finger ring is integrated into the design for control during deployment and manipulation. The handle features custom sculpted bronze skull scales that serve as both functional grip and visual statement. Deployment relies on the folder’s mechanism rather than spring or gravity assist. A black Kydex belt sheath keeps the knife accessible and secure when not in use.
