The Nitecore HA15 is an ultralight headlamp built with 6-core UHE LEDs and a TrueVision optical matrix lens system that delivers both white and red light in multiple brightness levels. The white light modes range from 400 lumens on high (3.5 hours runtime with a lithium battery) down to 6 lumens on ultralow (114 hours), with mid and low settings in between; red light offers high (15 lumens, 10 hours) and low (5 lumens, 25 hours) modes for preserving night vision. The headlamp also includes an SOS strobe mode. At 43 grams, it weighs roughly the same as a AA battery and measures 2.63″ x 1.13″ x 1.31″. The housing is made from impact and low-temperature-resistant PC plastic and TPE material and is dustproof and water resistant. Power comes from either a rechargeable lithium battery or an AA battery (included), and the woven head band features a reflective strip for visibility. A diffusing stuff sack is included for storage and light diffusion. The compact design and clip attachment make it suitable for caps, packs, or vest attachment.
