The Streamlight Sidewinder is a compact tactical light with white, red, IR, and blue LEDs selectable via a pull-to-turn rotary knob with tactile indicators. Measuring 4 5/8″ overall with a 185-degree articulating head, it runs on two AA batteries (standard or lithium) and delivers adjustable output levels controlled by pushing and holding the power button. A double-click initiates strobe mode from the off position. The coyote tan body is constructed from high-impact nylon and has been drop-tested from 30 feet. The polycarbonate lens is gasket-sealed and scratch-resistant, and the light is O-ring sealed for waterproof operation and meets MIL-STD-810F Method 512.4. It mounts directly to MOLLE or ACH for hands-free mounting, includes battery polarity indicators for replacement in low light, and features a tethered tailcap. Lithium batteries extend runtime and allow operation from -40°F to 150°F.
