Lansky QuadSharp Controlled-Angle Sharpener with Carbide and Ceramic

The Lansky QuadSharp delivers controlled-angle sharpening in a compact 4.25″ package. It features carbide and ceramic stones in a single unit: the carbide stage sharpens most edges in just 3–4 strokes, while the ceramic stage polishes to a finer edge. Four carbide angles (17°, 20°, 25°, and 30°) let you match your sharpening angle to your knife’s design, and the tapered ceramic benchstone also handles serrated blades.
