The TSPROF BLITZ Pro is a bench sharpening system built around a whole-milled aluminum frame and rotary mechanism that lets you sharpen without removing the knife from its clamps. It comes with five diamond plates—Extra coarse, Coarse, Medium, Fine, and Very fine—mounted on galvanic binders to cover the full range from heavy repair work to polishing edges. The V.C. Angleset system lets you dial in your preferred edge angle, and the Flip-n-Sharp mechanism rotates the plates for efficient honing strokes. The kit includes an L-shaped key for three clamp sizes (1.5mm, 2mm, 2.5mm), making it adaptable to different blade thicknesses.
