Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1 business day. Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days for the contiguous US.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free shipping on all orders to the contiguous 48 states. No minimum order required.

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories?
No. We currently ship to the contiguous 48 United States only.

How do I track my order?
A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. You can also check your order status at Order Status.

Products

Are your products in stock?
Products showing as “Available” are confirmed in stock with our supplier and ready to ship. Products showing “Currently Unavailable” are out of stock but remain visible so you can find them when they return.

Can I purchase automatic knives?
Yes, where permitted by law. We do not ship automatic knives to certain states. See our Shipping Policy for the full state-by-state breakdown.

Returns

What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. See our full Returns Policy.

Legal & Age Requirements

Is there an age requirement?
Yes. You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase from Atlas Knife Co. Age confirmation is required at checkout.
