Microtech’s boning knife features a 6.13″ stonewash-finished Bohler M390MK stainless blade built for precision work in the kitchen. The 11.7″ overall length is balanced by an Ember textured G10 handle with titanium bolster(s) on a full tang construction. It ships with a felted sheath for storage and transport.
