This boning knife features a 6.13″ stonewash-finished Bohler M390MK stainless blade paired with a black textured G10 handle on a full tang construction. At 11.7″ overall, it’s scaled for precise work in the kitchen. The blade’s hard, corrosion-resistant M390MK steel holds an edge well and resists staining in wet environments—useful properties for a boning knife that moves between cutting board and sink. A felted sheath is included for safe storage and transport.
