The MOLLE Bag Trauma Kit 0.5 from Adventure Medical is a compact first aid system designed for field treatment and emergency response. The kit arrives in a black MOLLE-compatible zippered bag that attaches to tactical gear or backpacks.

Inside you’ll find wound care essentials including a 5″ x 9″ trauma pad, tourniquet, elastic bandage, and multiple gauze dressings in different sizes. The kit also includes a 2″ gauze bandage, medical tape, and 14 pre-cut moleskin pieces for blister management. For minor injuries, there are five 1″ x 3″ fabric bandages, triple antibiotic ointment, and antiseptic wipes.
