The RAO Avio is a folding knife engineered to function as a fixed blade in the field. It opens to 10 3/8″ and closes to 5 5/8″, with a 4 5/8″ N690 stainless cobalt steel blade finished in black Testudo. The locking mechanism is a steel pin hand-screwed into place, securing the blade in either open or closed position. Black anodized aluminum alloy handles keep the knife lightweight, and it comes with a lanyard for attachment options.

The package includes a purpose-built survival kit stored in a dedicated heavy-duty green MOLLE-compatible sheath. The kit contains a whistle, compass, paracord, flint and striker, water purification tablets, snare wire, wire saw, light, and a diamond sharpener. The survival kit can be carried independently, mounted to the knife’s sheath, or attached directly to a MOLLE vest—giving you flexibility in how you organize and access these essentials. A heavy-duty green MOLLE-compatible belt sheath with a protective liner is included for carrying the knife itself.
