This Herold Solingen strop combines a full-grain leather side with a synthetic belt on the reverse, covering both stropping and pre-sharpening in one tool. The leather surface measures approximately 18″ overall with a 12″ usable length and 1 3/4″ width, and can be charged with either solid or tube strop paste to realign and polish blade edges. The synthetic side handles preparatory work before the final stropping pass. A nickel-plated swivel and handle provide durability and easy hanging or mounting.
