Its smooth uniform curve produces approximately 5 degrees of angle change from the start to the end of each stroke, creating a rounded edge geometry. An adjustable stop prevents blade contact with the carrier itself, while a knurled thumb nut locks the rod securely in position once you’ve dialed in your angle.
