The Coho Fillet is a fixed blade built for fish work, with an 8″ bead blasted 440C stainless blade that tapers to a fine edge suited for following bone and skin. The 13″ overall length keeps the blade prominent while the orange SureGrip handle offers finger grooves for secure wet-hand grip.
