The Spyderco Galley-V is a countertop sharpener with a high-impact-plastic base measuring 6″ x 2″ that can be clamped or permanently mounted to a work surface. Two extra-long fine ceramic rods (12″ length) are positioned at a 20-degree angle by star-shaped holes in the base, making them suitable for sharpening large knives. The rods can be rotated to quickly sharpen serrated blades and clean up easily with household cleanser.
