By placing an order with Atlas Knife Co, you agree to the following terms.

Legal Compliance It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to know and comply with all federal, state, and local laws governing the purchase, possession, and carry of knives and edged tools in their jurisdiction. Atlas Knife Co does not ship switchblades, automatic knives, gravity knives, or any other item that is illegal in the buyer’s jurisdiction. If you are unsure whether a product is legal in your area, do not purchase it.

Age Requirement By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. Atlas Knife Co does not sell to minors.

Geographic Restrictions We ship to the contiguous 48 United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, or APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship internationally.
